Trichoptera
I like butterflies, when they are in flight, are distinguished by their long antennae, body significantly larger than that of the ephemeral but most importantly, the wings are four and quando l’insetto è fermo sono disposte a due a due ai lati del corpo in posizione obliqua, vengono chiamati comunemente dai pescatori “Sedge” o “Caddis”.
Una volta avvenuta the pupazione, the insect that comes from 'case, there is always an aquatic insect, but has taken, albeit in outline, all the characteristics of the adult, legs, antennae, the characteristic shape of the body, wings. Once the pupa has broken down the case and went out, remain unprotected for several hours and swim rapidly by making use of intermediate legs, up to a solid support to hold on and in this case the hatched out of the water. In another case, swims to the surface and emerges with his head, then breaks down the sheathing on the back where the adult insect emerges. In rare cases, processing takes place on the river bottom el'insetto adult goes directly to the surface. The hatched
occur mostly at night. "The Image" or adult insect, depending on the species, possonovivere a few hours to a couple of months before being ready to mate. As for the ephemeral work of the two sexes, occurs in flight. Even the egg-laying techniques differ from species to species. Some dive and reach the bottom to anchor the eggs to a tuft of grass or a rock of the bottom and then resurface easily helped by an air bubble trapped in the hollow of their wings when diving, flying even more immersing occasionally the abdomen into the water to drop the eggs. Although this insect prey remains fish in each of its life stages
