Even this morning we had the nice surprise that is no longer even too much of a surprise to wake up with no heat and no hot water. And all this just days after the last inconvenience. Early in the morning we proceeded through Brains (note would not be our task) to contact and inform the employees of the problem. The problem seems to be a loss in the South rail. To carry out the excavations , as usual, we need the permits issued by the competent authorities. Permits that have not been able to get in time for today. It is hoped that these excavations will be made tomorrow and setting in motion the whole.
